At Kitomart, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene-related items, and clearance sale products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay, Credit/Debit Card).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
